Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship.  We source products from all over America to bring you epic offers and the lowest prices. This means sometimes you have to wait a little longer to get your order but it's always worth it!

Returns are allowed within 30 days of the original ship date, without restocking fees, as long as items are in the original packaging, the item is unused, and the item is in resalable condition. Upon receipt of goods that we deem resalable, Backyard Builds will credit the customer for the purchase price less the original outbound shipping costs incurred on prepaid items such as LTL shipments. We will also deduct the costs involved in returning the product to our warehouse if we have to arrange the return freight. Backyard Builds reserves the right to deviate from this return policy on case-by-case basis at its sole and absolute discretion.

You get a full 30 days to return your item to us. If it is not the right size, it's damaged, you've changed your mind or for no reason whatsoever simply contact us and we'll cheerfully pick up the product refund you every cent. 

In the unlikely event that you find your item cheaper at another online store, just let us know and we'll beat the competitor's pricing hands-down.
